ReferencesHello, I went through an interview this week. I believe the interview went very well. The recruiter has contacted 3 of my 4 references that I have provided, yet none of them gave any feedback. The recruiter would say I would call back and never does. Can someone help me understand this better?
Unfortunately, it takes as long as it takes. There may be many steps to go through that you don't see. If it has been more than a week, you can call and ask the status. In the meantime, keep looking at other things.

For future reference, (no pun intended), when you ask people to be references for you, make sure that they will be willing to talk to a prospective employer.
