55If opportunity knocked on my door for a 55% raise in salary I would grab it. These days employers are not loyal to employees as in the past. They would lay you off or fire you and use the "at will" clause. PT One could make the argument that the reverse is also true: That employees are not loyal to employers as in the past. If an employee is offered another job that increases his or her salary 25%, I'd think he or she would be inclined to take it, loyalty to the present employer notwithstanding. Paul W.
