2 offer dilemaI have one written offer and am expecting another. Is it advisable to let the two companies know that I have offers from two different companies? Should I leverage one against the other to get a higher salary or just negotiate with each employer without informing them that there is more than offer on the table? THanks First off, at this moment, you don't have two offers. You have one and are still expecting another. Next, it is NEVER a good idea to try and play one employer off against another. That's a good way to lose one or both of the opportunities you have. Treat each opportunity as a totally stand-along situation and deal with them that way.
