Sure!  As long as you make it clear what part of your earnings is salary and what part is bonus/profit sharing.  Your don' t want to give the false impression that you "salary" is higher than it actually is by not breaking out the portion that' s either bonus or profit sharing.  All the employer has to do is ask you to produce a recent pay stub to verify your actual salary.  Make sense?
