resume critique


Hello Monster Board,

Listed below are two copies of my resume. The only difference is that one of them has a career profile and the other has qualifications summary as the subject heading. I would like feedback. I would like to know does the resume look professional or do I need to research more on resume writing? I would like a part-time job in a hotel.

Career Profile:

Detail oriented, a quick learner and can multi-task various work related duties

General knowledge of MS Word, Excel, (basic PowerPoint and Access)

Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with employees to help meet departmental goals

 

Work Experience:

Office Assistant, Teachers’ Retirement System, New York, 2002-Present

?Maintain excel spreadsheets to enter accurate client status information

?Record all pertinent data of case files into a log daily

?Input and track client names and numbers in their excel database

?Able to navigate through AS400 functions to send case file images in the system

?Type correspondence, letters and memos

?Prepare, type, edit and distribute departmental meeting minutes

?Update and maintain monthly retirement payroll summaries

?Deliver various record documents to department units to be checked and scanned

?Help train temporary associates to assist in office support

?Photocopy, print and fax accordingly

?Ordered office supplies and made routine servicing calls for office equipment

?Provide support for special projects
