Not a single person can help me out with my resume?!  frown

It would be gladly appreciated.

First of all, you need to work on your objective. You need to present what kind of position you’re looking for as well as your qualifications. On your current job you should delete the “answered questions” part from the 2nd bullet since you’re repeating it.  The 5th bullet (In-depth ability…) should be rearranged so you can present the task that you do instead of the skill. You may include an additional section for skills and put there what you present as “abilities” on the last two bullets. But be careful, and present it with a more optimistic tone. I.E. instead of angry customers / difficult situations. You also mentioned that your resume has 2 pages already. I think you need to be concise, presenting only relevant info related to the position that you’re applying to. You can work with the font size or page margins, etc. in order to have a proper look.  http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/571/01/

Good luck! smile
