Resume CritiqueI am looking for a resume critique or someone to help rewrite my resume. I am looking for a position either as a Safety Manager or Warehouse Supervisor. I'm currently in the process of rewriting this resume and have some ideas but need all the advice I can get.

The Distribution Center is a Multi-Building Complex comprised of over 750,000 square feet. - Coordinate required training for all associates and track into PES (data base). - Participated in the implementation of the L.I.F.E. (Living Injury Free Everywhere) process. Which has helped Kraft Columbus reach a spectacular incident rate of <2.44. - Ensured compliance with OSHA, State, and Kraft Safety Polices and Protocol. - Developed a monthly Safety / Quality Scan that has help reduce the number of accidents as well as reduced our shrinkage due to product damage. I skimmed over your resume and the first thing I noticed was your use of present tense in places where past tense should be used. That's something you might want to check over.
Another thing I noticed was your lack of elaboration of your military service. Maybe you should include a little more stuff for the military service. I would also be careful about your use of capitalization of words such as leadership, manufacturing, or distribution. That would probably only be applicable to certifications and such; having it in the objective would probably not work. I would like to further discuss your helping me with the rewriting of my resume.
