1. The biggie is that the resume needs focus. Experienced, competent, reliable professional with a strong record of growth and initiative."  says nothing.  Then the rest of the resume looks like a mishmosh of IT, gaming, QA, call center, and hospital positions.  You need to write up a separate resume for each kind of position you' re applying for, with a distinct Objective, and then push forward those qualifications that support that position.

2. Again, your Management/Supervisory experience jumps all over.  The second sentence especially is WAY too long.  Use bullet points and make sure that each one incorporates only ONE aspect of ONE position.

3, I' ve worked QA.  A 90% compliance is nothing to brag about.  Also, note that you cannot incorporate a 90% compliance rate - you can incorporate a QA system, or you can achieve 90% compliance.  Finally, note that you mention the new QA system implementation twice within that one long sentence.

4. "Acquired an excellent rapport with ALL callers?" Nobody achieves 100% success in a call center, and why are you discussing rapport with customers if you were doing the database work and supervision?

When I see your resume, I get a headache.  I don't mean that to be very insulting.  I would seriously consider taking your sentences and turning them into bullet points.  Get rid of the fluff and make sure you highlight the important aspects.  Bullet points go a long way to cleaning up a resume.

First of all, this resume really, REALLY makes me want to not even look at it.  There is just WAY too much stuff on there.  These are my unprofessional opinions, so just use them as advice.  For one, your qualifications; they should be bullets.  I think accreditations and certifications should be placed at the end of the resume in a separate section.  Try to keep all your certifications together.  Things like "Billing, coding and scheduling." seem like they were just thrown in there with no regard as to how they appear.  They honestly seem like just some words that you thought should be in there.  I would also like to see a particular aim of this resume.  The statement at the top; get rid of it.  You need to clearly, or at least semi-clearly define what it is you are after in terms of a position.  If I think of anything else I' ll post.
