Critique My Resume.

My first resume I create for myself.

Objective: To obtain a position where I can maximize my multilayer of supervisory skills, quality assurance, technical experience, and proficient customer service skills.

Employment History:

10/2006 – 6/2007 Brunswick Zone            Roswell, GA

Mechanic/Pinsetter Tech

Cleaned the Automatic Pinsetters and fixed many maintenance problems that they may have had. In addition to this I often interacted with many people often answering questions to young and older people alike, fixing scoring overheads/touchscreens, oiling lanes and various other customer service tasks.

4/2003 – 8/2006 Xariens Tidy & Clean     Norcross, GA

Customer Service Rep. /Supervisor

Scheduled appointments for clients to have their facilities cleaned.

Traveled out on the field to examine the facilities after the crew had finished cleaning and took first time surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.

Promoted the business in various ways to help attract additional clients.

Once month was sent out to purchase essential cleaning products.

After 6 months was given an opportunity to become a supervisor over the cleaning crew. Duties were the same as my previous position except in addition to those tasks I was called on upon to fill in for employees that ran into issues that prevented them from making it to facilities that were scheduled to be cleaned.
