Uncertain career objectives

Although I've experienced a lot of success in my current job (and enjoy it, for the most part), I feel that it is time to move on.  Hours, opportunities for advancement, salary, etc. have led me to start my job search again, and I know that I am qualified and motivated enough to take on much more than my current job allows.  Unfortunately, I know very little about what industries/companies I am qualified for, making it difficult to write a proper career objective.  Here is my resume, with 3 different introductions, but I still don't know where to send it.  Any suggestions?

Objective:   To use my leadership and team building skills to contribute to problem-solving processes within a company that requires me to overcome challenges in a quick and effective manner.

              or

Objective:   To work in a team-oriented environment which constantly presents new goals and challenges, requiring innovative and unique approaches to problem-solving while allowing for continued growth and learning.

             or

Summary:    I have consistently maintained upward mobility in supervisory roles with a variety of responsibilities and requirements.  By continuing to exhibit an ability to work well in a team environment, as well as a constant willingness to take on new challenges, I have been able to continue to grow in both a personal and professional context.  I am now seeking to expand my skills into other areas while maintaining the same enthusiasm that has allowed me to excel in my career thus far.

Your Summary/Objective clearly states that you don't know what kind of position you are applying for.  That's not good.

You owe it to yourself and your prospective employers to know how they could use your abilities.  Find out what kind of position you'd like and do well in, and THEN send out resumes.
