I really like your resume. Some suggestions: 1. You use numbers throughout your Experience section to great effect. Use numbers in your Qualifications section as well. 2. Change "Qualification" to "Qualifications". 3. Change "Implanted" to "Implemented". 4. Drop the older experience from your parenting days. God morning Steven, Thank you for your critique. Actually, it's more complicated than just being an age thing. Generally, anything more than ten years old should get dropped from a resume. In your case, it's more than ten years old, it's not in your field and it also states flat out that you have children. Many employers will quietly be concerned that parents, especially mothers, may take off extra time to deal with family issues. | |
