Have been trying to perfect current resume; would like some advise on the Objective.

patzzsearch, I only like objectives that are targeted to a specific job, otherwise they tend to be too focused on the job seekers' needs. For example, you can write an objective like, "Career Goal: Sales Representative at ABC Company," which is short and sweet and specifically states the objective. Another option is to create a Qualifications Summary, which incorporates your career goal as well as your top qualifications. For example: "Talented sales representative with ten years of experience..." The summary can emphasize your strongest credentials and "value proposition."
