Its good but I would remove the word "Competent" change to "Professional" and remove the original "Professional". I think your objective/qualifications summary would be stronger if you briefly highlighted your customer service accomplishments. Did you resolve achallenging customer service issue? Did you earn a reputation for outstandingcustomer service? Did customers ask to work with you because you builtexcellent rapport with them? Did you earn the trust of repeat customers or geta high number of referrals due to your focus on customer service? Did you oryour team get any recognition for customer satisfaction and/or sales? By focusing onaccomplishments in your summary statement, you will demonstrate how your customer service skills made adifference to your employers and peak the interest of hiring managers.
