Fortune 500 Executive: I have been fortunate to enjoy a management career that has include key positions with well known firms including Johnson Controls, ITT Automotive, Valeo Electronics, Global Data Solutions and Brunswick Bowling and Billiards.  Career track: Professional growth through such companies as materials coordinator, production manager, current engineering manager, business unit manager, plant manager and general manager.

Start ups/Turnaround Management: Over the past 19 years I have been utilizing manufacturing expertise gained with major corporations, building front line leadership teams accomplishing tasks such as major start ups, plant relocations and staff realignment in a wide range of situations.

Proven Record-Across all major manufacturing functions: I am skilled in areas of management of operations, including plant relocations, union labor contracts and government relations, I have track record of increasing sales, reducing costs and streamlining operations.

international experience: My career has been given me the opportunity to manage plants in mexico and united states, for benchmarking purposes i have visited plants in canada, brasil, germany and france.

*      Plan, organize and execute a budget of $20.5M to build a 145,000 SqFt plant in mexico within time and budget .Recruited to serve as a general manager, execute the transfer from michigan in 18 months upon announcement, through effective project management and leadership.

*      As plant manager of global data solutions (2001-2006) I duoble profits by increasing throughput beating a low competitive plant enabling vertical integration.

*      As Plant manager of leoni wiring (2000-2001) I increase efficiency in the aerospace unit from 22% to 75%, reducing overhead and achieved 99% quality through a lean manufacturing initiative.

*      As a business unit manager of itt automotive (1994-2000) I contribute with $60M OF $110 M PLANT SALES serving the big three, managing an effective team of 511 hourly and 36

Change it all to a more traditional type of resume format and make it more fomal. It reads like a sales letter/cover letter than a resume.

I would make your resume a quick read - bullet points, direct language and less words. More like a formal list

You can use your cover letter to highlight your personal sales flare that I see in the tone of your resume.
