I learned so many things such as watch your verbiage. Anything you say can and will be taken out of context if you don't pay attention. I learned that if people see the panic or stress on your face, they feel it. If they see these signs on your face they may feel as if the service will be terrible. I also learned that if one person walks in the door in a bad, or negative, mood that I should be careful around them, bad moods can become contagious. I also learned that being proactive can take a bad situation and change it to good in a matter of seconds. I also learned that if your guest is taken care of in every aspect, you raised the standard for other establishments and their service.
