Hi, I'm a U.S. military officer who spent three years doing intelligence analysis, counterterrorism planning and logistics...don't ask, I know its odd. That's the military. How would I write my resume for this list of duties: Receives sales agentmisconduct complaints (Section As) and compiles a complete case filefor each one that is then presented to the Regulatory ComplianceDirector for review and a final determination as to the validity of theallegation. Is responsible for determining whether each allegationqualifies under the Section A investigation process and handlesaccordingly. Maintains functional expertise of required sales practices and related regulatory requirements Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma with college preferred Critical thinking and analyst skills required Experience conducting detailed investigations, audits or quality reviews preferred Strongcomputer skills required (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint and otherprograms required for assimilating and presenting reports) Experience working with CCP2, CAS, and ICS preferred Effective communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail required | |
