I'm not sure what impression people have of my resume.  Sometimes I think employers feel like I don't have any experience.  Sometimes, I think they think I'm over-qualified.  Other times I think they are misiterpreting my job experiences.  Can someone look at my resume and tell me what they see and how they think I can improve it.
