The resume itself is okay, but your experience is very lean.  According to your resume, you've never used MS Office?  No graphics programs like MS Publisher?  Never installed printer drivers?

"Have a high school degree too" is not professional.  Replace with "High School Diploma, Roosevelt High School" as an example.

Maybe see if you could get a help desk phone job.

Thanks Steve.

Don't worry, it says graduated school ________.

Also, I have Word 2000 experience, but not much else in MS Office. I also installed some print drivers, but that was long ago.

Any more suggestions; please keep the coming.

Do you have any employment experience? If not, I would do a functional resume. You have a good start, but I would divide the resume into "Skill" sections, like:

Profile:
This would be where you "brag" about your overall skills and abiities. Include here typing ability, overall years of experience, positive personal personality traits, etc

IT:
All of your IT skills (this part would be your current qulifications section)

Customer Service:
    All of your interpersonal skills

Administrative:
    All of your administrative skills

Also double check your "Qualifications" section for typos and repeats. I think you repeated the one about Windows 95/XP.

Thanks Babsy2002.

But what do you mean by interpersonal skills?

Also, is there any way to quote a previous message?

Cnon
Interpersonal skills would be something that says you can work well with others.
Hard worker, dependable, communicate well, team player, etc.....

To quote someone's post, I just copy  the text and paste it into my reply window.
