           Inoticed that 35 users have viewed my post but no responses. I wouldreally appreciate some constructive criticism. I am in the process ofobtaining employment in the human resource field but confused on whatto include in my resume. The problem lies in that my prior employmentin no way relates to the skills to enter this profession. What doesbenefit me is the fact that I have just received a bachelor's degree intechnical management with an emphasis in human resource management. Ijust want to make sure that I am headed in the right direction and notmaking mistakes that may result in lack of interest. Any help would begreatly appreciated. Furthermore, how important is an objectivestatement? I have heard from several sources that they are good andbad, please help. My resume is enclosed below.
