Resume advice neededHi all, I am in theprocess of obtaining employment in the human resource field butconfused on what to include in my resume. The problem lies in that myprior employment in no way relates to the skills to enter thisprofession. What does benefit me is the fact that I have just receiveda bachelor's degree in technical management with an emphasis in humanresource management. I just want to make sure that I am headed in theright direction and not making mistakes that may result in lack ofinterest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, howimportant is an objective statement? I have heard from several sourcesthat they are good and bad, please help. My resume is enclosed below.
