Having trouble witha marketing objective

I am a few years out of college and have worked in financial services but I am looking to transition into a career in marketing.  I am having trouble nailing down an objective.  Most of my experience in marketing support (customer service) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Bobdob,

Consider giving up the formal objective statement in favor of a tagline followed by a qualifications summary. This will help position you for your new marketing goal, and highlights your strongest qualifications and reasons why you should be hired. Something like:

==========================
Marketing Associate (or whatever is your goal within marketing)
==========================

Talented marketing support professional seeking .... (state your goal and top credentials)

Good luck to you!
