I'm trying to make a career change from Production Test Engineer to more of a Development Engineer. I'm currently in grad school hoping that will help in the transition. I have about four classes to go and would like to locate work outside of my experience. How can I write my resume to qualify myself for the position. All the openings ask for plenty of experience and I have only school work. I really don't have much transferable skills either. Atleast not the specifics that are required.
