I'm looking through the articles here on monster about how to write anobjective section, and I realize that mine is apparentlyhorrible. It's a very generic, "I want growth" objective that Ihad thought was great when I wrote it. Anyway, I have so littleexperience and no degree, I NEED a great resume to get a job. Iam talented in administrative work, but I have few accomplishments andexperience. Is there anyone who can help me? Here is mycurrent resume, just the text, sorry if it is formatted poorly.

Your objective should be more in line with what you bring to the job and what you are seeking professionally. Right now it is somewhat disorganized. Can't tell from reading it what you really want to do. Making it even more difficult is the resume itself, can't tell from that what type of job you might be looking for. But let me take a swing at it.
OBJECTIVE
Seeking role as _____________________ in a progressive organization that will benefit from my ability to set and achieve agressive goals and deliver proven results.
Simple and straight forward. You don't need a lot of hyperbole. You can talk about the other stuff. What you want to tell a company is what you want to do and in a short sentence what you can do.
You might want to consider putting an additional heading into your resume for skills. This will allow you to add things like computer skills and knowledge.
Thank you so much Dean, I know it probably seems simple but I really appreciate your help.
