How does my resume lookI would like to have some comments on how my resume looks. I want to enter back into the computer industry or healthcare IT industry and I just want some critiques on my resume. With my resume looking the way it does would you call me in for an interview if you were in a computer industry?
Thanks for all your help, *Resume*

The first thing I would address is the use of past & present tenses throughout the resume in the same sentence. For example, as opposed to courses taken, I would leave the education piece at the bottom stating what the major and minor were. Also, there were several bullet points that had mixed tenses...take a peek through those...say them out loud and if they don't sound right, rewrite them. You mentioned sometimes mixing medications...perhaps "Prepare" would be better and leave the "sometimes" out of it?
Thank you for your help with my resume. Please take another look at it and tell me if I have corrected all of the mistakes. The section that states “Courses Taken Includes” these courses were not minor they were all major courses towards my degree. If you have anymore suggestions they will greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.

It just seems that the pharmacy piece is a bit off...take a look at this:
Receive and process prescriptions Verify prescription accuracy Transmit prescriptions to the appropriate Insurance agency Ensure all Insurance requested adjustments are made Validate supply and dosage of all medications Prepare and package medications in conjunction with Pharmacist. Establish and maintain confidentiality of patient profiles. Since this job isn't the most imperative regarding the position you are applying for, you really need to ensure that you don't make applying a label sound like a task, you know? Thank you for all your help with my resume. I did make those changes and it sounds a 100% better. Is there anything else that I need to change before I send it out? No problem. Ok, I would add an "Education" section where I would put my major and then perhaps list the courses below that (although I am really not certain that you need to list the courses at all). Did you complete the degree? If not and you are working towards it, I would put the number of years in class and completed curriculum where you could then list the courses. Your one work experience where you did IT, I would maybe reword a bit...again, there is past/present tenses...take a look: Coded, tested, and troubleshoot using Visual Basic 6 language. · Coded using Visual Basic 6 language to the company policies and procedures. · Install and configure software on client server. · Train clients on the software features. · Provided support to the client throughout the implementation phase of the software. · Check to insure that all information being processed fall within the guidelines of HIPPA.
