Looks like a really good start! I think I would change the high stress portion to read something that incudes the phrase "Deadlines" or somethig.....i'll have to think on that one some. :-) ooo...maybe something along the lines of

Performs exceptionally well on both long term and short term deadline projects

something like that...?

no problem! I would also change the objective. This is a very broad statement. Whatever position you are applying for you should tailor the objective to meet.
