Resume search key wordsAre the proper key words critical to your resume getting to the actual employer that you applied to ??? I have applied for many jobs and when the employer was contacted, they say they did not receive my resume from Monster !!! What is going on ????
I never use the monster appy button, I eMail direct. They always messed up the formatting on me.
You got that right, agencies that use monster ask for a word format resume in an attachment.. Keywords could as simple as Word or Office. Even the janitor needs to list these skils.
