dates for jobs
I worked at one company for almost two years: March 2000 to Nov. 2001.A friend said I should put 2000-2002 because it implies two yearsinstead of one. I'm uncertain about this. I dont' want to add monthsbecause the format is too clunky, I prefer listing years only. mocloisonne - your friend is wrong. dates should be mm/yyyy - I hire and I want to see that format. Your idea of just using year only would not work for my organization. Also, if there is more than a 3 week gap, I want to know why. So be prepared to answer.
