Please review my resume

Could you please provide some constructive feedback on my resume?  I have worked with the same company ("Company Name1" for anonymity) for the last 10 years (since graduating college) but in different roles, not sure if I should change the way I have listed my experience with this company.  Also, I included a couple of jobs I had my last year in school, not sure if I should remove those.  The resume is 3 pages long.  The formatting on this cut and paste version is not correct towards the bottom half.  Please let me know your thoughts.  Thank you in advance for your feedback!

I must say your resume is OUTSTANDING and you should be proud of that :D
Now, it is good that you have listed the jobs during the last year of college because they are proof of the fact that you're hardworking and dedicated and want to work, not just study.
Nice. The experience within the same company...it doesn't matter you worked only in one company as long as you have occupied different positions. Actually, they have a better vision of the way you have been promoted.
Three pages might be just a little bit too much, but then again so what? If you have things to display, display them
Nothing else. It's just grrreat!
