Resume for a State Job
I am in process of applying for a job with the State government. Can the resume and cover letter format be same as the format used in private sector or should they be like the format in the federal government? They've put me in "best qualified" category from applicant pool and have asked me to submit application package after my having applied online for some reason. Anyone know what format to use for State government?
