Questions about uploading a resume

Okay I've bee working on my resume and after constant changes and getting help from my college career center it's ready I feel. At least as well as it's going to be at the moment. Couldn't keep it to one page with font reduction to a decent level, combination of items, etc. Many things had to be kept but there is only a little at the top of the second page so I figure that's okay.

I understand when uploading a resume employers will download the Word file. So I'm not worried about the formatting when viewed on Monster. I came across another post where someone was concerned about this. My concern is about the other sections.

I've filled in the job target and industry sections, as well as my willingness to relocate or travel. My contact information was already filled out due to my account.

What about work experience, education, and skills sections. This information is covered in my uploaded resume and that is shown on screen. So should I just ignore those sections or refill them out again?

Are those sections what employers will end up searching by? Meaning I have to fill them out anyway?

Thanks.
