Overall, a very good resume. You will want to get more specific on things, though. "Assisted with marketing, special projects and grant activities" is a little vague. Try "Created layout of tri-fold brochure for XYZ" or words to similar effect. You should carry this idea throughout your resume. You should also get good pointers from other threads.
