Resume Critique Thanks!


Objective:

To use my experience to contribute to improvement of customer service as an entry level manager

Profile:

High energy, results-oriented customer service professional who has developed a reputation for excellence with strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as attention to detail.  Talent for quickly mastering new technology.  Flexible and able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure.  Demonstrated public speaking, time management, and team building skills.

 Professional Experience:

Leadership:

·         Department Tech for Mayo Foundation Rochester Help Desk where I serve as an information source for both internal and external customers  on laptop, operating system, wireless, and remote access issues

·         Established a take a coworker to coffee program to increase morale at Mayo Foundation Rochester Help Desk

·         Team manager and assistant coach for Rochester Mite Hockey Association where I was responsible for coordination of volunteers, fundraising, communication, as well as coaching duties

·         Head coach for Rochester Youth Soccer Association

·         Store manager for Team Choice Sporting Goods in Mankato, Minnesota where I was responsible for scheduling employees, attending trade shows, team sales, handling customer complaints, and various administrative tasks

Customer Service/Problem Solving:

·         Currently documenting technical processes for disaster recovery plan for Mayo Foundation Rochester Help Desk

·         Created a licensing training manual for use by sales and customer service staff for WinCraft,  Inc. in Winona, Minnesota

My suggestions refer to:
- the resume career objective - you should have it a little bit thincker (you can borrow some ideas from your profile description which, by the way, sounds great)
- the skills area - you practically have no such thing. And as far as I'm concerned, it is critique that you have one. Nothing to say about the rest of it. It looks ok with me.
