First of all, format your cv so that it looks usniform. You have like 10 types of fonts in there and this is not a good thing, it is quite disturbing.
Secong, include a resume career objective and organize a good skills area. The summary of qualifications is not enough because it can be considered too general. The resume should be tailored to the specific of the job you are seeking for.
"Furnish upon request"? I'd go for "Available upon request"
To me, it really looks like you have copy-pasted the areas of your resume and tried to build something :)
