I was very blessed in that I did not have to work for the past 22 years, while I raised my children. However now it is imperative that I go back to work. Suggestions on how to cover the HUGE time gap on my resume from my last job and now.  So far in my job search I have faced multiple situations where a prospective employer felt my time off meant I had gone brain dead or I am too old to train.
