mom wants to go back to work
I have been a full-time stay-at-home-mom for the past 8 years. I worked as an accountant for 11 years before starting a family. I usually say something about the employment gap in a cover letter, but would like to add something to my resume (especially since the last job was in the previous century !! 1999). How do I put full-time family management on my resume or should I leave it off??
You can list it as homemaker on your resume. I would further suggest to try the employment agencies. No, by no means are you to leave this info off. As a matter of fact 8 years can be considered a gap in employment But in your case, you can state you have been taking care of your children and have done other activities in paralell.
