Acronyms on Resume

Do I need to spell out all acronyms on my resume such as CPM = Cost per Thousand? Or CPC, cost per click? It seems to add so much content to the resume making it really long. Advice please!
Acronyms should always be avoided.  Too many of them can have double meanings.  For example, "CPM" also means "Certified Purchasing Manager."  I got some really excellent help from another poster, and was reminded of the basic assumption you must make regarding the people who read your resume:  They know nothing about you and could be dumb as rocks.  Hope this helps!

I agree that they should be avoided. However if they're well understood and the context helps out, you can get by.

Abbreviations and acronyms that are standard for the business are ok, but in general, you spell things out to avoid any possible confusion.
