To obtain an IT Project Manager position in a global international company experienced in project management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

As a PM managed the project "XXX" for OJSC YYY (key responsibilities are listed below, at «Employment history»). This project was included in a program of implementing <soft1> at JSC ZZZ. The project contained the following subprojects, included in a project charter and a project plan:

-     building of a data center for <soft1>;

-     information security for data center;

-     creation of a fault-tolerance configuration of a data center;

-     upgrading of a data center to meet requirements of the next application release (by using load balancing);

-     integration of <soft1> and legacy software by using <soft2>;

-     VPN access for remote users of <soft1>;

-     building remote backup data center (hot site);

-     24x7 support.

The project team consists of about 40 employers in 2 offices of QQQ and 4 subcontractors, managed by junior project manager. Total man-hour = 12000 (without subcontractors). Total cost ~= $15B.     2005-2007

About 15 projects for OJSC WWW in EEE region.  All projects have been executed according to the concept developed by our project team.    2002-2005
