Resume Critique Information Overload


Please critique my resume.  I have been fortunate enough to be involved in a significant number of projects, but am afraid of information overload.  I have scaled down my resume to include the information below.  Did I go too far?  Should I add additional information?  Is the format appropriate for my experience?

Project Manager                                                                                 January 2002 – Present

·   Business Owner and Operations lead on Customer Relationship Management application designed to improve quality of service and provide greater access to customer account information, standardizing workflows and reporting to improve root cause analysis and identify process improvement.  Implementation occurred simultaneously and seamlessly to all Commercial and Health Plan locations.   Actual FTE savings of $1.5M in the first year. Projected savings of $2.3M by April 2007

·   Developed web-based Clinical Module designed to capture key clinical data elements, facilitate better case management and support the development of integrated care management. FTE savings of $1.8M within the first year of deployment.

·   Leverage Customer Relationship Management and Clinical technology framework to launch self service applications providing Customer Service on the web.  Customers utilize direct interfaces to internal applications, creating efficiencies and minimizing telephonic contact.   FTE savings of $2.5M projected within the first year.

·   Create efficiencies in multiple Service Centers by utilizing internal economies of scale, consolidating functions, standardizing workflows and creating technological solutions to support workflow needs.

·   Instrumental in the design and delivery of a comprehensive Front End Processing application which has increased the composite auto adjudication rates for the Latham, Great Lakes and Norfolk Service Centers by over 50 percent. Reduction in Claims Staff by 47 FTE’s, resulting in savings of 1.7M annually.
