Resume CheckI am currently searching for a position within the mortgage industry, one that will lead me back to the east coast. My resume includes this "Career Summery" at the top of the document: Operations Leader with extensive experience in default administration, mortgage servicing, originations, underwriting and processing with more than 20 years in a Management capacity.
Any comments or assistance would be appreciated for getting noticed by HR folks.

You can eliminate "with extensive experience" because "...more than 20 years in a management capacity." more clearly gets that point across. I would also bullet the various items as follows:
