livendream, don't worry about the lack of certification. With your experience you won't have a problem finding jobs. Still, if you're not satisfied with your education area (I have observed you left it in the back of your resume...no problem), you can try re-wording it, or thicken the ideas for a more satisfactory shape. Thank you for your comments. I'll look at the link you recommended and see if I can dress it up a little. I did take some formatting out in order to copy and past into message. I'll make some modifications and repost. Hopefully you will be able to take another look at the revisions.
