under your qualification, you use the first word "excellent" too many times.
I had to write a resume recently and it took me over a week to get it done.
Go online and print out some "ideal" resumes in all sorts of different styles.
also, read up on resumes and make a list of what features they should and shouldn't have.
Then, take the best of the best and create one for yourself using only the very best ideas.
Don't copy anyone elses style, and really work had at making it special to you, and reflect who you
are and how special you are.

Then, create a word document, and if you know someone that has a design program, and can put that
same version in a pdf, make a version like that too. You can be a little creative with that one.
You will have two different forms of resumes.

Write a generic cover letter, (look at others to come up with this as well) and then specialize it for
each job you apply for.

Good luck

"Manage the department according to National Presentation Standards to ensure merchandise flow.

Supervise a team of associates. Including selection,...." What are those National Presentation Standards? How well did you meet those standards? How many on the team of associates?
