Hello everyone,
I am not getting many hits or interviews with my resume. I would appreciate any feedback you could give me.
Thank you in advance.
You need to change your professional summary. Right now it shows a lack of focus.
You need one Objective that clearly states
A position as an Underwriter
and then other Objectives as a trainer or other positions as you want.
Once you have a clear Objective, that will serve as a guide for the rest of your resume - what things are important and therefore get more space, and what things are irrelevant and get less space or get removed from the resume altogether.
