If this is all your resume, then you gotta work a little on the sections. You don'ty have a resume career objective:
Now...the things yu have placed are formulated correctly, so use them, but don't forget the fact that the skills area is itself divided in at least two more areas....relevant skills and foundation skills.

Section of post does not conform with Monster TOU

Thanks for your input. I am not sure how to word the objective, since I have been out of full-time work for 6 1/2 years and may need to switch directions from my previous work. I enjoy and I'm skilled at business analysis and computer systems. I can program software, but am limited on my platform experience.

I will take your input into consideration and rework the skills area and add an objective.
