I'm currently full time employed (Sunday-Wednesday 8am-6pm),but would like to investigate getting some kind of 2ndary job in a relatedfield for a few hours on Thurs&Fri each week.
I work as Systems Administrator for a large company that doesn’t have anon-compete agreement, and in the past I have done desktop&server techsupport, web design, database development, etc.
I know that, with my skills, I could probably get some kind of consulting jobfor a few hours a week without too much trouble; I’m just wondering where Iwould start looking for that kind of job with that kind of restrictiveschedule?
Can anyone suggest where I should/could start looking?
Possibly send a letter of your intent to different companys in your area that you believe may be interested in some part time consulting.
Check the Sunday papers or industry specific job boards or leads to companys.
