Monster Quiz: Test Your Business EthicsIt' s a matter of time before you' re faced with an ethical dilemma on the job or internship. What can your employer expect of you when you have a difficult decision to make -- one that affects not only you but the entire organization? Will you have the judgment and courage to do the right thing? Well I got 4 out of 5. Too bad most of my employers would not have done as well. Current one tried to frame a co-worker so she could feel better about firing him. Needed a reason so her Christian values would be justified...lol I wouldn't go along with it so I got reprimanded. Tis ok, they can't fire me. I'm the only one that can run things around here.
I've done this before in a previous job, stood up for a co-worker. I left that company and will likely leave this one, if they continue to trump up charges. Should know this is not a team building, unless the purpose is to build the team against the management...rofl. Got 3/5, but in my own defense I misread one of the answers and it should have been 4/5 (is THIS an ethical answer???) The internet usage one is where I missed. I'm not bothered too much by this except the answer I chose, to monitor the internet usage, was the LEAST ethical. Somehow, I would think going behind your boss's back and telling the employees is less ethical. Can you tell I'm a boss or what??? I got 5/5, but monster only got 2/5. I' m right, they' re wrong. 1. Use the title for what? The title of your resume can be whatever you want it to be. 2. Nothing, because it' s none of your business. You don' t know what the county knows, what the rules are, etc. 3. #1 is the ethical answer. The others are insubordination. You might do #1 and #2, but that wasn' t an option | |
