I'm trying to secure a job across the country, but am unsure how to appropriately tell potential hiring managers or application screeners that I want to relocate to their area.  Sometimes it's asked in the app., but I need to make sure I'm getting due consideration even though I'm several states away.  What's my best strategy?  What about using a 'headhunter'?
