If we are in the position of being pushed around from one career to another based on where the outsourcing companies can make the most money, the workers in the USA will never have an established line of work. When they say that the H1B visas are only for people with advanced degrees, you know they are lying. H-1B's and L-1's are being used to replace rank and file workers in tech jobs in the USA.
