Job Search TipsI am a recruiter and I help companies find the right people for their job openings. I read resumes and interview people all daylong. So I will give you some tips. They may sound simple but DO NOT DISREGARD THE SMALL THINGS...THEY COUNTS WHEN GETTING A JOB. 1. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAN, SMELL NICE AND LOOK PUT TOGETHER: GUYS WHERE A SUIT AND TIE. GIRLS: PANT OR SKIRT SUIT. IT WORKS BELIEVE ME. LOOK THE PART. THAT INCLUDES HAIR FOR THE GUYS AND HAIR AND MAKE UP FOR THE GIRLS. 2. HAVE COPIES OF YOUR RESUME....A GOOD RESUME, NOT SOMETHING YOU CREATED FROM SOME UNKNOWN TEMPLET. Uh sorry but if you are going to be handling MY career you need a wee bit better spelling and grammar "all day longs" ? with an S ? "templet" and "I have PUT" ?? Man, my 12 year old granddaughter would pick those mistakes out | |
