Try to get all information about the company that can help you in your interview.

Try to find something that is common in terms of your experience and from your last job that can be helpful in the interview.

I find that preparing prior to the interview, helps me understand the company and what they are looking for.

Most of my leads come from recruiters and they give me the company name after they show interest in me.

Be confident but not ####. Be very careful of your answers to questions you may think is casual. That is where you can let your guard down and show your feelings.

Do not be lead into a trap of someone in the interview talking down about their company,

often this is to make you open up to your true feelings and attitude.

Be professional.
