Need a little advice on job hunting in another state. I am relocating to Atlanta, Georgia and I have been sending out my resume in response to a ton of positions with no response. I am not looking for any relocation assistance financially, I just need to find a position before I move. Any suggestions on how to get this across to potential employers?

Also, how can I maximize my resume performance. This is all new to me again as I haven' t been on the job hunt in quite some time.
